Wishola is a digital networking platform designed to connect event attendees based on mutual professional needs and offerings. The platform is completely free of charge for all users and event operators.

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful professional information.
• You agree to use the platform solely for professional networking purposes.
• Harassment, spamming, or inappropriate behavior towards other members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (e.g., Google account access).

Your use of Wishola is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which dictates how we handle your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to our double-opt-in mechanic for sharing contact details.

Users participating in the Developer Beta program or Wishola Marketplace are subject to additional strict code review and data protection agreements. The Agile Software Team LTD reserves the right to accept or reject any third-party integration at our sole discretion.

Wishola is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Agile Software Team LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or from any interactions or connections made through the platform.
